Thoroughly clean the application area with
alcohol swaps (included in the package) or 3M Prep Solvent
70* to remove any traces of
silicone treatments or dirt. Repeat the cleaning process using a
clean , lint-free cloth as many times as necessary to remove every
trace of dirt or protectant. |

Dry-fit each dash trim piece, note correct
placement, and use a pencil to outline the pieces for placement
reference.

Carefully apply 3M™ Adhesive Promoter (included
in a package) to all surfaces that will be covered by dash trim. |

Gently heat the trim parts with a heat gun, or
by placing the kit pieces (tape liner side down) on top of the
defroster with the setting on medium to high.

Begin peeling back the liner of dash trim part
before applying the part. Handle parts from edges to avoid finger
contact with the adhesive. |

Carefully position the part and peel off the
remaining liner. |

Thoroughly press down on the entire surface of
the part to ensure complete wet-out of the adhesive to the
surface. |

cleaning your dash, you can use a chemical equivalent cleaner
recommended by your local auto paint store. So long as the cleaner is
a chemical equivalent, meaning the same active chemicals in the
